Performance Science
I help my clients understand and improve fitness by integrating physical training, lifestyle habits, and mental performance into one system.

About
Hey there, I'm Sam!
Welcome to my training website.
Who am I? I am an advanced personal trainer and performance coach. I have trained a variety of clients at different fitness ages and levels but I enjoy focusing on female health, and athletes! My passion has always been working with people who are striving to achieve their personal best whether in sport or life. Currently, I am a masters student specialized in neuroscience and pursuing a career in high-performance science, while I am growing my training business.
How am I unique? I help take out the frustrating guesswork of not knowing what to do-> Health information is really hard to properly understand and apply these days. My background has given me the skills to understand how to navigate this, and create the right structure for each clients unique goals and needs.
How do I train? The body is a completely integrated system. So, training has to echo that. Depending on goals, I use different modalities. See my "Train With Me" Page for more on my experience and approach!
I hope this website can be a tool for you to learn and connect!

Approach
Real results come from systems.
Traditional training principles, periodization, and movement quality. It is important to build your foundation right.
Focus, composure under pressure, executive function, internal control. The mind drives the body so train it accordingly.
Wearables and cognitive tracking provide the feedback loop. Measure what matters, adjust what needs adjusting.

Neuroscience
HRV, sleep scores, and recovery metrics are everywhere. But most athletes don't know how to interpret them for mental performance.
