Consult
We start with goal setting, a lifestyle and training assessment, and a physical intake. This is where I understand where you are and where you want to be.
- 02
Program Design
I set a custom program with the necessary add-ons. For some people this is nutrition support, fascial stretch for relaxation, consulting across coaching teams, or data integration from wearables for more actionable training data.

Train & Evolve
We choose a training structure — in-person, hybrid, or online — and a set duration. Three months, six months, a year. Then we begin the work.
Education
The science of human movement.
I have an educational background in the honours co-op kinesiology program at the University of Waterloo — the science of human movement. This blends anatomy, exercise physiology, nutrition, biology, chemistry, biomechanics, neuroscience, and sports medicine.
I advanced this with my masters in kinesiology focused in neuroscience, studying the integration of cognition and physiology. This gives me an in-depth knowledge of the complete human system.
Additional certifications in yoga, fascial stretch therapy, basic & advanced sport nutrition, and high-level performance science. Currently pursuing Pilates training, CSCS, and CPSS advanced certificates.

University of Waterloo is regarded as one of the leading institutes for kinesiology education in Canada, and one of the initial founders of the program back in 1967. I am proud to be an alumni.

Integrated performance coaching.
A mixed method of lifestyle coaching and physical fitness training. I work across the full spectrum of human performance — blending disciplines most coaches treat as separate.

Sport-specific training and event preparation. Marathon, golf, hockey, mountaineering — programs built around your sport's demands and your individual performance metrics.

Strength & Conditioning
